Salaries

Each role is part of a job family and has an associated salary range, information about a specific role is made available on a role by role basis

  • Salaries are reviewed annually and are based on the performance of the individual. Through regular reviews a performance rating is established and this has a direct impact on the level of increase that the individual can enjoy. This is so that we continue to reward and recognise our people.
  • Salaries are paid monthly by direct credit transfer on the 25 th day of each month (except at Christmas when this is paid on 18 th December).

Bonus Schemes

Depending on the role you undertake, a bonus scheme is applicable as a means of recognising and rewarding our people in line with their contributions and the companys performance. The various bonus schemes are:

  • Annual Corporate Bonus
    This covers the calendar year and is payable in the following March. The percentage that is paid is driven by the performance rating of the individual and the companys performance
  • Sales Incentives Schemes
    These are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the specific terms of the scheme and are mostly relevant to roles that are related to sales performance

Additional Payments

Additional payments vary from role to role, however can include:

  • Home working Allowance
  • Geographical Allowance
  • Standby/Callout
  • Overtime
