  • Grading – 5 levels exist from Managing Director through to Administrative staff
  • Salary Ranges – Broad salary ranges exist for each level and how you progress through them will depend on your performance
  • Bonus – Resource Management's bonus schemes reward high performance both in terms of what you do and ‘the way that you do it’

Grading

Resource Management's business is not about hierarchy but about enabling effective delivery. Our grading structure is used purely to manage reward and not to create barriers to communication or team working.

Salary Ranges

Resource Management's aim is to reward high performance.

Resource Management offer a competitive range of salaries dependent on the role and your previous experience. Salaries are reviewed on an annual basis in line with performance ratings based on what you deliver and how you go about that delivery i.e. your behaviour.

Bonus

Our discretionary bonus schemes have a clear and direct link to your personal performance and contribution to the business.
