In simple terms the managed service is more appropriate for large amounts of recruitment over a longer period of time (and is deployed on a strategic basis). Our on-demand product is for tactical recruitment projects (such as a relocation or new divisional launch) or smaller businesses that need a more ad-hoc solution.

We look at what you currently do, bring our best practice approach and re-engineer the resourcing process. Although there are common elements, each solution is bespoke and underpinned by a series of KPI’s. Then we use resourcing experts to deliver the service.
On Demand
RM Rapid is our on-demand RPO solution. If you need an immediate solution or haven’t got the resources or capacity to implement a managed service, RM Rapid is the product we have designed specifically for you. It is flexible and cost effective and is ideal for project based recruitment, SME’s and small businesses.
