Requirement: Permanent employees at all levels and within multiple disciplines to include HR, IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Change Management.
Initially responsible for the development and implementation of a brand strategy and managed recruitment service for the new management team of a poorly regarded and underperforming Financial Services brand. Over a 3-4 year period RML was responsible for the recruitment of 1000+ permanent employees.
Resource Management was asked to manage the limited company contract population, and is now responsible for all contract recruitment (excluding IT).

Requirement: Permanent employees at all levels and within multiple disciplines to include HR, IT, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Change Management. Service extended to include Contact Centre.
The development and implementation of a brand strategy and managed recruitment service for the new management team. The insurance business was seen as a secondary brand to the bank and needed to establish its own identity in conjunction with a direct attraction model that reduced the reliance upon agencies. Resource Management has been responsible for all leadership recruitment at the insurance business for the past 5 years and has recently been awarded volume recruitment.

Resource Management is responsible for all recruitment within RSA’s global group HQ in London. In addition to the initial development and implementation of a brand strategy and managed recruitment service for the new management team we are also responsible for the management of their non-permanent population.

Requirement: Permanent recruitment within Sales & Marketing, Research, Development & Finance.
Reckitt Benckiser is a global orivder of household, health and personal care products - its brands include Finish, Veet, Calgon, Nurofen and Dettol. Resource Management is responsible for recruitment in their Slough office and is currently taking on responsibility for commercial recruitment at other sites. Business areas include Sales and Marketing, Research and Development and Finance.

Resource Management was engaged on a managed service basis, to 'back fill' 160 specialist IT and Engineering roles following a relocation of the MCI Worldcom business to the Thames Valley. All roles were filled within 9 months, ensuring a seamless transition.

Alterian is now an expanding technology business with a global presence. Resource Management was engaged following the successful raising of £35m of venture capital when the business employed only 15 people. Over a 12 month period we put in place an attraction strategy and selection process and were responsible for recruiting the Sales & Marketing teams, Technology Development & Support teams, Administration team and Finance team. Following the recruitment of an HR department, we transitioned the process internally.

RM was engaged on a 3 year managed service contract to recruit a team of 150 technical and project specialists and 60 graduate technicians. We were responsible for all candidate attraction and selection against government guidelines on ‘fair and open competition and selection on merit’ and security clearance guidelines. The project was delivered within 2 years.

HBS had formed Public Private Partnerships with councils in Milton Keynes, Bath & NE Somerset, Lincoln and Middlesbrough. RML undertook a UK wide audit to highlight all non-permanent resource and bring it in to line with a new centralised management approach. We were responsible for the attraction and selection of permanent, contract and temporary staff within Housing, IT, Pensions, Customer Services, IT, HR and Administration.

Sovereign Housing Group (SHG) is a top 25 Housing Association - made up of subsidiaries including Sovereign South + West, Sovereign Twynham, Sovereign Vale, and it's most recent acquisition Kingfisher HVHS Housing (formerly Wessex Housing Partnership).
The Group has a turnover of £150million, employs in excess of 1,100 staff and owns and manages over 30,000 homes in West Berskhire, Devon, Cornwall, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Somerset and Wiltshire. There are plans to increase the number of homes to 40,000 by the end of 2011.
SHG's rational for using Resource Management was to improve the quality of their recruitment process, develop their employer/recruitment brand and reduce the cost per hire.
In addition to developing a brand strategy, we have been implementing a robust and consistent selection process on a group-wide basis - improving candidate quality and the candidate recruitment experience whilst significantly reducing the smount of tiem hiring managers spend on the recruitment process.
By using Resource Management's recruitment expertise SHG will significantly reduce both the 'time to hire' and 'cost per hire'. Our model significantly increases the amount of quality candidates attracted directly to the business which reduces the reliance on expensive recruitment agencies. We aim to reduce the cost of SHG's recruitment by over 30%, with an immediate impact in year 1.

In order to capitalize on their General Insurance brand, NFU mutual wanted to expand their Life Assurance sales team across the UK. Resource Management was engaged to implement and manage a UK wide recruitment campaign that covered a number of rural locations from East Anglia to Northern Ireland.

Hastings Direct, a division of Hastings Insurance Services Limited, is a UK company providing insurance policies and related products by phone and on the internet.
In February 2009, Hastings Insurance Services Limited was bought by its management from Insurance Australia Group (IAG). Resource Management were engaged to provide a managed solution to recruit multi-disciplinary staff at all levels of the organisation, on both a permanent and contract basis, by designing and implementing effective and robust attraction and selection processes.
Resource Management have now successfully recruited over 150 staff including Marketing, Technical, Financial and Managerial disciplines and a further c400 Contact Centre staff, consisting of Sales, Customer Service, Retention and Claims Advisors.
