Resource Management conducted a comprehensive and methodical selection process from an existing network of potential candidates, job boards, social media campaigns and a head hunting operation to draw up a meticulous shortlist.

A multi-channel search programme that combined branded advertising, research based market mapping and multiple direct approaches, internal database search, networking and referrals.

Regular updates and face to face meetings

A progress plan was agreed and implemented and weekly updates provided so that Royal London were kept informed regularly.
